Recipe

1. Steep 5 teaspoons of chocolate mint tea in 12oz of boiling water for 3 minutes. Split the steeped tea equally into two cups or mugs of your choosing.

2. Heat the chocolate soy milk over medium-low heat in a small saucepan. Stir constantly to avoid letting it burn. Once it’s warm enough to be classified as “hot chocolate”, take the pot off of the stove and pour on top of the tea, leaving at least an inch of space at the top.

3. Add a drop or two of peppermint extract (to taste) and a shot of Galliano liqueur. Stir thoroughly and top with a candy cane, sprinkles, whipped cream, or other garnish of your choice! Serve immediately.
